Job summary

Stellantis & You UK is seeking skilled Diagnostic Technicians to join our workshop. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs to manufacturer standards, and use advanced diagnostic tools to return vehicles to customers safely and quickly.

We offer an enhanced bonus scheme, an employee car scheme, pension contributions, and ongoing training. Overtime is available, with holiday pay based on earnings, and you can earn extra through performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Senior Technician.
• Strong electrical and fault-finding skills.
• Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronics faults in vehicles.
• Carry out complex repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
• Use the latest diagnostic equipment and software to identify issues.
• Complete servicing, maintenance, and vehicle health checks.
• Support and mentor other technicians when required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and accurate workshop documentation.
• Deliver first-time fixes and outstanding customer satisfaction.
