Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Completing job cards and electronic write-ups.
  • Performing electronic vehicle health checks and supporting Apprentice Technicians.

Job description

Job Title: Diagnostic Technician - Audi Coulsdon

Salary: £45,370 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI Bonus

Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis

Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, and pension scheme

The Role: Support a popular brand as a skilled technician in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training provided, no specific brand experience needed. Regular updates through manufacturer training and Marshall Academy.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical expertise
  • Team-player comfortable with set processes and procedures
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician (industry recognized qualification, ideally level 3, but level 2 considered)
  • Ability to carry out MOTs (training provided if needed)
  • Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety
  • Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software

Main Responsibilities:

  • Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair, including warranty work within brand parameters
  • Completing job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
  • Performing electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
  • Supporting Apprentice Technicians as required
