Job summary

Evans Halshaw, a Lithia UK dealer for Citroen in Rotherham, seeks a Citroen Technician. You will join a team offering a 4-day week, no weekend work, and a guaranteed bonus on joining. Basic salary scales with achievable OTE and uncapped earning potential.

A total rewards package includes a generous annual leave policy and training opportunities. We welcome applications from skilled technicians with Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Technical knowledge to confidently repair and maintain customer vehicles.
• Experience working to high quality standards and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Use workshop systems and equipment safely and effectively.
• Work Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts.
• Adhere to quality standards and productivity targets.

FLEXIBLE 4 DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE - This can be discussed at interview stage, as well as the option of a 40 or 42.5 hour working week

NO WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED - Monday to Friday only!

Why Evans Halshaw:

• Basic Salary from £30,185 up to £42,371 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £32,615 up to £46,601, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians
• 3 month guaranteed bonus upon joining, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
