To welcome you as a Ford Technician, you will receive a joining bonus of £2,000*.

FLEXIBLE 4-DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE - This can be discussed at interview, including options for a 40 or 42.5-hour workweek.

  • OTE from £40,924 to £43,448, with uncapped earning potential.
  • PTE ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians.
