Job description

Join to apply for the Diagnostic Radiology Clinical Scientist role at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Applications are invited from Clinical Scientists with experience in Radiation Protection, Diagnostic Radiology, and Quality Assurance. The post involves supporting high-quality Radiation Protection, Quality Assurance, and scientific services to Radiology departments within Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and other organizations in South Yorkshire and beyond.

The focus is on developing software to enhance imaging modalities and supporting clinical developments. The role requires delivering multisite services, supporting research, and participating in teaching and training. The post also involves providing radiation protection advice and physics support to technical staff, with candidates ideally HCPC-registered or close to registration.
