Job summary

NHS Scotland, Ayrshire & Arran, is seeking a Band 5 Radiographer to join the Medical Imaging team at University Hospital Crosshouse on a permanent basis. The role requires 36 hours per week and participation in a 24/7 service roster, including weekends.

Base is University Hospital Crosshouse, with possible work on other NHS Ayrshire & Arran sites. A UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• It is essential you have a BSc (Hons) or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiography / Imaging Services with current registration with the HCPC.
• You must demonstrate a commitment to your own development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services, supporting routine and urgent care pathways.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
