A regional healthcare provider in Gateshead is seeking an enthusiastic radiographer to join their Plain Film Radiology team. The role involves working in various areas of imaging, ensuring high standards of care in line with NHS values. You must be a registered HCPC Diagnostic Radiographer currently practising within the NHS, and we will be happy to support newly qualified staff commencing their career and will a full preceptorship programme.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a committed professional with strong interpersonal skills to develop their experience within a busy clinical environment. The post holder will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure they can work effectively within an often busy and demanding environment , to ensure Radiology continues to provide a high quality service to all its users.
The post holder will assist in the provision of a high quality radiographic service by performing general radiographic duties within the Radiology Department and supporting the Department in providing a timely radiographic service on a 24/7 basis.
The post holder will be flexible in their approach as the Radiology Department is constantly changing so that it can provide a service that meets Local and National Modernisation Agendas.
