Diagnostic/ Master Technician - Yeomans Citroën Exeter

Are you an accredited Diagnostic or Master Technician with a passion for problem-solving? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic workshop team at Yeomans Citroën in Exeter.

Yeomans Group is a family-run business with 35 sites across Devon, Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey, and East Sussex. This is an excellent chance to grow your career with a well-established company. You’ll be a key player in our aftersales department, tackling complex vehicle issues and ensuring every customer who visits our Citroën dealership feels confident and cared for.

The Role

  • Diagnose complex systems and perform routine service and repairs across our vehicle range.
  • Ensure every repair is a quality, first-time fix to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical assistance to your colleagues.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide clear resolutions.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with all the latest vehicle technologies.
  • Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and opportunities.

About You

  • We are looking for a highly skilled technician who is passionate about their work and committed to quality.
  • You must be a Level 3 qualified vehicle technician.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • You are a great communicator, able to explain technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
  • You have strong organizational skills and can manage your time effectively.
