Overview

We are a trusted global provider of payment solutions - hardware, software and services across a variety of market sectors on a global scale.

We are looking for a Diagnostic and Services Technician to join the team. Based in Coalville, Leicestershire we offer a competitive salary along with a profit share Bonus Scheme, Private Health Insurance, Company Pension, on-site gymnasium, free parking and 25 days a year holiday plus Bank Holidays. The role is based in our air-conditioned fulfilment centre and involves diagnostics, software loading and despatching payment terminals. There is also a requirement to provide 2nd line telephone support. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics on payment terminals and load software as required.
  • Despatch payment terminals in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide second-line telephone support to customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • The ability to quickly react in a busy working environment to ensure that our customer's requirements are met.
  • Be able to work under pressure, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player with good analytical skills and a methodical approach.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Having GCSE grades of C/4 or above in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent is a requirement.
Working hours

Hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break. There may be a need to be flexible with these hours and there will be the opportunity to work voluntary overtime if required.

All employees are required to have a criminal record (DBS) and credit check.
