Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Project Manager for the Global Packaging team. The role is hybrid, based at Diageo Menstrie with 2–3 days on site and 2–3 days work from home. You will lead projects to meet time, cost and quality targets, while coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders across functions.

Salary ranges £30k–£38k per year, with 35 hours per week and a flexible pattern around core hours. The posting notes holiday entitlement and a focus on continuous improvement and personal development

Job description

Location: Based at Diageo Menstrie 2/3 days a week – Working from home 2/3 days a week.

Hours: 35 hrs per week – Flexible, so long as core hours met. Core hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm, Friday 9am to 2pm. Choice of 30 mins or 1 hour lunch.

Salary: £30k - £38k annual salary. Paid on 18th of each month.

Holiday Entitlement – 34 days, which includes Bank holidays. Of which 5-7 days are mandatory over Christmas and new year period.

The Role

The main role of a Project manager in the Global Packaging team is to execute projects, on time, in full, within budget and to the quality standards expected.

To successfully and effectively manage projects for the GPC team, the following skills are required:

• Communication - Effective communication is required and on all varieties of media. I.e. Email, Zoom etc.
• Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
• Stakeholder management and coordinating all different roles using the provided RASCI to ensure that everyone works towards achieving the agreed business goal.
