Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join the Central Mersey diabetic eye screening programme. We are looking for someone to join the screening team covering clinics throughout Warrington, St Helens, Halton & Knowsley.

Our screeners are the heart of NEC Care, spending time on the ground helping our patients. As a screener, you'll run local clinics for our patients and photograph their eyes to assess for diabetic retinopathy. You need to be empathetic and able to communicate effectively with patients daily. Training will be provided, but once completed, you'll work largely unsupervised in a pressured environment, so a cool head is essential!

Qualifications

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to join the healthcare sector, with little to no experience, who has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
