Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan dans le secteur de la santé recherche un Territory Manager pour gérer un portefeuille de produits liés au diabète. Ce rôle exige une expérience en ventes pharmaceutiques, avec l'opportunité d'engager des professionnels de santé pour promouvoir et développer les ventes. Le candidat idéal possédera de solides compétences en communication et en gestion du temps, et travaillera à la maximisation des opportunités de vente.

Qualifications

  • Expérience dans la vente pharmaceutique ou de dispositifs médicaux, spécifiquement dans le diabète.
  • Capacité à engager et à influencer les clients efficacement.
  • Expérience en planification des comptes et en gestion du temps.

Responsibilities

  • Engager avec les KOLs, HCPs et décideurs dans les organes de santé.
  • Livrer des plans d'affaires pour augmenter les ventes de produits.
  • Fournir formation et éducation sur les produits aux HCPs et aux patients.

The Territory Manager will be expected to:

  • Engage with KOLs, HCPs and key decisionmakers within the target health boards to drive product advocacy and uptake across territory.
  • Deliver account/business plans to further increase product sales.
  • Maximise formulary status/pull-through and implement patient pathways.
  • Provide education and product training to HCPs and patients, further driving awareness of the product range.

Please note that you must live on territory to be considered for this role.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Existing pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience within Diabetes.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to confidently engage with, and influence, customers.
  • Time management and account planning ability.
  • Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
