HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join the community diabetes service in Salisbury. You will deliver expert assessment, treatment, education and support to people with diabetes, working within a multidisciplinary team with clinical autonomy to manage complex cases.

The role focuses on high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with NICE guidance, contributing to service improvement and safeguarding patient safety within primary and community settings.

Qualifications

The role focuses on delivering expert assessment, treatment, education, and support to patients with diabetes, their families, and carers.The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team while exercising a high degree of professional autonomy in the management of patients with diabetes.
