A vacancy has arisen for a Band 7 Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our Diabetes
Specialist Nursing Team, working across both sites.
The Diabetes Specialist Nurse Service is integral to the Tayside Diabetes Managed Clinical Network and is committed to continuous quality improvement.
The postholder will be part of the Diabetes multidisciplinary team supporting significant change and service development, ensuring individuals with Diabetes receive a consistently high standard of care.
Applicants should be registered on Sub Part 1 of the UK NMC Register, entry code RN1/RNA, the postholder should be degree educated, holding or actively working towards a non-medical prescribing qualification, alongside strong evidence of continuing professional development.
The postholder should have substantial experience in caring for people with Diabetes, alongside advanced clinical expertise, and excellent leadership and management skills, to enable them to deliver evidence-based Diabetes care across Tayside and North East Fife.
