£37,050 - £44,850 per annum 25 days leave + 1 wellbeing day + Bank Hols

A superb opportunity to join a high achieving and family orientated practice in the Aylesbury area as a Practice Nurse. The practice has a slick and seamless team reducing administration and paperwork for their clinical staff as well as a fantastic nursing and allied healthcare team. You’ll form part of a wonderful group of Nurses, some working in specialist clinical areas such as this one, in a work culture that will encourage your career development and will provide endless support for further progression.

Salary – £37,050 – £44,850 per annum FTE + NHS pension + 25 days annual leave + 1 week study leave + Wellbeing day + Bank Holidays excluded

Location – Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Your role –

  • Full time or part-time Practice Nurse
  • Minimum hours requirement – 16 hours per week
  • Primarily treating the practice’s long-term Diabetes patients
  • Involved in some traditional practice nurse duties, but not a core focus
  • Primarily face to face appointments – 10-30 mins in length
  • Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
  • Diabetes experience is essential
  • Primary Care experience preferred but NOT essential
