We call this Delivering Compassionate Excellence and its focus is on our values of compassion, respect, learning, delivery, improvement and excellence.
We are a small and supportive team. This post would suit someone with several years of clinical experience with the ability and enthusiasm to learn a very different role within clinical research. Although it would be helpful, research experience is not essential as training can be given to someone with the necessary personal qualities.
