Qualifications

• Linux environnement and testing frameworks experience.
• JUnit 5.x (Jupiter) proficiency.
• Git version control experience.
• Agile development using SCRUM.
• Experience with Oracle/Relational Databases and/or Mongo.
• GitLab CI/CD Pipelines experience.
• Apache NiFi experience.
• Atlassian Suite - Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence.
• Elasticsearch and Kibana experience.
• Hibernate experience.
• AWS services (EC2, EKS, Fargate, IAM, S3, Lambda).
• CI/CD pipelines for Cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Conducting software development activities under the direction of your Software Engineering Lead.
• Design and development of tests to debug software.
• Working with customer requirements that are to be programmed into business/mission applications, whilst utilising the appropriate standards, processes and tools throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Correction of program errors.
• Preparation of operating instructions.
• Documentation of program development.
• Analysis of system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
• Championing automation in the form of IaC, CI/CD and test automation.
