Job summary

Orbis Group in London is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Delivery Manager to lead engineering transformation across multiple software teams. You will drive DevSecOps adoption, implement CI/CD, and improve quality and reliability in mission-critical environments.

You will coordinate Product, Engineering, Platform and Operations stakeholders, manage dependencies, and embed governance to deliver measurable improvements across the engineering function. Experience in financial services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering engineering transformation, engineering excellence or technology adoption initiatives across multiple software teams as an Agile Coach or Delivery Manager.
• Demonstrable success helping teams adopt shared capabilities and improve delivery, quality, reliability or operational performance.
• Experience in a complex engineering environment where availability and delivery are business-critical.
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing and engineering automation.
• Experience coordinating Product, Engineering, Platform and Operations stakeholders.
• Strong delivery management skills including integrated planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, readiness and governance.
• Proactive Agile delivery-focused communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with GitLab, GitOps, Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Experience in financial services, ideally mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain an integrated engineering excellence and capability adoption roadmap.
• Coordinate onboarding, milestones, dependencies and readiness across multiple teams.
• Drive adoption of DevSecOps, CI/CD, quality engineering, test automation, observability and operational excellence capabilities.
• Ensure new capabilities are embedded into engineering workflows with measurable improvements.
• Coordinate adoption of automation and self-service capabilities to reduce manual intervention.
• Deliver governance and performance improvement across the engineering function.
