Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced DevSecOps/AI Platform Administrator to oversee enterprise AI tooling such as Cursor AI and Anthropic Claude. The role emphasizes hybrid work, security governance, and seamless integration with development workflows.

The successful candidate will manage RBAC, access controls, licensing, and onboarding, while expanding to broader DevSecOps tooling. It is a permanent, senior-level role with emphasis on governance and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience setting up, administering, and governing Cursor AI and/or Anthropic Claude enterprise environments.
• Experience with RBAC, IAM governance, and access management in large-scale AI platforms.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tooling and security compliance for enterprise AI environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer AI platforms including Cursor AI and Anthropic Claude; manage tenant setup, licensing, and policy enforcement.
• Configure integrations with IDEs, repositories, and enterprise systems; onboard new AI tools.
• Define AI governance policies, monitor usage and licensing, ensure secure handling of data and IP.

Priority Requirement: Candidate must have demonstrable hands‑on experience setting up, administering, and governing Cursor AI and/or Anthropic Claude enterprise environments, including user management, access controls, security configurations, and developer onboarding

We are seeking an experienced AI Tools Administrator / AI Platform Engineer to manage and govern enterprise AI-assisted development platforms such as Cursor AI, Anthropic Claude, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and similar AI engineering tools. The individual will be responsible for platform setup, administration, governance, user onboarding, access management, security compliance, and operational support for AI tools adopted across engineering teams.

The role will initially focus on AI tooling administration and adoption and will gradually expand to include administration and governance of additional DevSecOps and Engineering Productivity tools within the APO organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Platform Administration

• Configure, administer, and support enterprise AI platforms including Cursor AI, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, GitHubCopilot, and related AI productivity tools.
• Manage tenant setup, workspace configuration, licensing, subscriptions, and policy enforcement.
• Configure AI tool integrations with IDEs, repositories, enterprise systems, and development workflows.
• Evaluate and onboard new AI tools and capabilities based on organizational requirements.

Identity & Access Management

• Administer role‑based access controls (RBAC).
• Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and audit compliance.

Governance & Security

• Define and implement AI governance policies and operational controls.
• Monitor usage, licensing, adoption, and compliance.
• Ensure secure handling of enterprise code, data, and intellectual property.
• Maintain audit logs, reporting, and security controls.

Tool Integration & Automation

• Integrate AI tools with:
• DevSecOps Platforms
• Internal engineering workflows
• Create scripts and automation to streamline administration and reporting activities.

AI Tools Experience

Hands‑on experience with one or more of:

• Cursor AI
• OpenAI Codex

Identity & Security

• SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC
• RBAC implementation
• Access governance and compliance

DevSecOps Ecosystem

Experience with:

• Jenkins / Bamboo
• Source control management
