We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist consultancy delivering advanced technology solutions into the defence sector.

About the Role As a DevOps Team Lead, you will:

Lead and mentor a growing DevOps team, ensuring alignment with project deliverables and organisational goals.

Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering to define and implement DevOps strategies supporting the secure deployment of AI solutions.

Maintain hands-on involvement in developing and optimising CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud environments.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, with exposure to GCP and Azure.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

Key Requirements Proven experience in a DevOps leadership or management role with a strong technical background.

Hands-on expertise with AWS; experience with GCP or Azure is a plus.

Proficiency in containerisation technologies, particularly Kubernetes and Docker.

Previous experience working on MOD or defence-related projects; familiarity with Navy Digital is highly desirable.
