Job summary

NEOCI in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior DevOps Systems Administrator to own design and deployment of hybrid cloud infrastructure in Guildford.

You will lead automation with Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions, mentor colleagues, and influence the direction of our cloud environment while ensuring security and reliability.

This collaborative team offers progression, certifications, and hands-on exposure to cutting-edge tools in a growing business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps experience, including hands-on AWS.
• Experience with VMware or Proxmox.
• Strong Linux skills, with networking and cloud security knowledge.
• Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes (e.g. EKS).
• Confident scripting in Bash, Python or Go.

• Design, deploy and support infrastructure across AWS and private cloud — shape scalable solutions that support real growth
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible — reduce manual tasks and free up time for innovation
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions — deliver faster and more reliable deployments
