You will work alongside a senior recruiter, building on an already successful desk while shaping its next growth phase in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role.
• Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Confidence sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards and networks.
• Ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism.
• Solid negotiation and offer management skills.

Responsabilités

• Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong client relationships and offer market insight.
• Business Development: Identify and win new business through networking and referrals.
• Candidate Attraction: Source and engage high-quality candidates.
• Recruitment Delivery: Manage end-to-end process from brief to offer.
• Offer & Negotiation: Advise on terms and build competitive packages.
• Compliance & CRM: Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure compliance.
• Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive culture.
