Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor DevOps team growth.
• Develop standard CI/CD pipelines with built-in quality and security.
• Automate application build and deployment processes with compliance gates.
• Guide technical teams on operational best practices.
• Promote automated product releases and push-button deployment.
• Advise program teams on DevOps adoption and toolchain.
• Experience with large cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing CI/CD and DevOps solutions.
• 5+ years of cloud experience.
• Proficient in version control systems (GitHub, GitLab) and branching strategies.
