Job summary

The Government Property Agency is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the PropTech team to deliver scalable, resilient services across the public sector. You will work with multi-disciplinary engineers to ensure continuous deployment, monitoring and reliability of services.

You will design and implement infrastructure as code, automate deployments and tests, and contribute to pan-government technology leadership. This role supports a diverse, inclusive culture and modern DevOps practices.

• Set up and maintain services in public cloud using infrastructure as code.
• Troubleshoot web applications, including low-level systems, networks and databases.
• Design and implement resilient, scalable, highly available services.
• Automate deployments, tests and infrastructure as code.
• Provide technical support across multiple digital products and services.
• Work with the development community to build sustainable digital products.
• Contribute to modern deployment standards and practices in DevOps.
• Promote user-centric, agile delivery of high-quality digital services.
• Foster an inclusive culture across the DevOps community.
