DevOps Engineer will be a key member of the Cloud Operations team responsible for developing SaaS and Hosted services

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting production SaaS applications or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including GKE, Cloud Run, Storage and Networking.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and containerized deployments.
• Familiar with AI/LLM tools in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to infrastructure automation using infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and GitOps.
• Build, maintain and improve secure, reliable, scalable SaaS/Hosted infrastructure on GCP.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and automate tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy containerized apps on Kubernetes platforms.
• Develop operational tooling, monitoring, runbooks and documentation to reduce toil.
• Participate in change management, releases and on-call support.
• Work with multiple teams to support business and customer requirements.
