DevOps Engineer — IAM on GCP Platform

Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with GCP IAM expertise to design and operate enterprise IAM capabilities at scale for a global financial services client. You will bridge infrastructure, security and identity platforms, building CI/CD pipelines, Terraform-based IaC and cloud-native IAM services on GKE.

You will collaborate with security, platform and application teams, ensuring data residency, regulatory compliance and efficient IAM governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with GCP infrastructure provisioning and policy-as-code.
• Hands-on with Terraform, GCP, and IAM security best practices.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes/GKE and containerized IAM services.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, code quality checks, and compliance automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM components and microservices.
• Develop and manage Terraform IaC for IAM infra and policies on GCP.
• Deploy IAM services on Kubernetes (GKE) and serverless environments.
• Handle identity data pipelines (Kafka/Pub/Sub) and graph platform operations (Neo4j).
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across deployments.
