Role: DevOps Engineer – IAM

Location: 100% Remote (Ad hoc travel)

Duration: 12 months initially + Ext

We're hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to support a forward–thinking IT consultancy delivering cutting–edge Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for a major public sector end client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of a SailPoint–based IAM platform.
• Design, build, and enhance IAM capabilities to reduce cyber risk.
• Guide CI/CD pipeline implementation across technical workstreams.
• Mentor and lead engineering teams, support recruitment efforts.
• Support teams in mapping user stories to platforms to build and deploy secure services.
• Perform advanced platform build tasks, including creating hardened base containers.

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience with IAM, particularly SailPoint.
• Proven track record in agile environments delivering against product roadmaps.
• Hands–on experience with software development, systems integration, and automation pipelines.
• Familiarity with SFIA–aligned technical skill levels.

Desirable:

• Agile certification.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Requirements:

• Active SC clearance is mandatory.
