Job Description:

Referment is working with a London-based hedge fund that is expanding into new asset classes. They have an exciting new role available in their London technology team for a mid-level DevOps Engineer.

Working closely with the Head of Infrastructure and Lead Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for building their next-generation cloud-native platform based on AWS and Kubernetes. Your tasks will include designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with development teams to build and maintain tooling, and supporting the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or TeamCity, and with AWS and Kubernetes platforms.

Key Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a quantitative field
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or TeamCity
• Solid experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, etc.
• Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Python or other programming/scripting languages
