Job summary

OpenTalent in London is seeking a DevOps engineering specialist (12 month FTC) to own end-to-end delivery and operations of our DevOps environments. You will join a team modernising global infrastructure spanning on-prem and multi-cloud with Azure and AWS.

We value strong automation, Terraform, Ansible, containerisation, and experience with Kubernetes, Kafka and monitoring stacks to ensure reliability for trading systems.

Qualifications

• Very strong Azure and AWS skills.
• Very strong automation skills.
• Experience with Ansible/Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Proficiency in Python and containerisation.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and monitoring stacks.
• Familiarity with data centres, multi-cloud and hybrid architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and operations of DevOps environments.
• Contribute to the technology modernisation journey across global data centres.
• Automate and standardise platforms for consistency, scalability and reliability.
• Work with Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK, Prometheus and related tooling to support trading systems.
