Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, platform, infra, or software eng roles.
• Experience with Git and standard branching workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling, especially GitHub Actions.
• Exposure to containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).
• Experience with a major cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, load balancing).
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Scripting ability in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for internal apps.
• Support day-to-day requests from development teams and debug issues.
• Extend cloud and on-prem infrastructure via infrastructure-as-code.
• Operate monitoring, alerting, and logging; help resolve incidents.
• Write scripts to automate operational tasks.
• Improve software delivery practices across the tech team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical services.
