Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure and automation. You will bridge development and operations, focusing on system reliability, performance, and security.

The role involves building CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure smooth deployments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE or similar role.
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration knowledge.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash/Python/Ruby).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure using Terraform/Ansible.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless deployments.
• Implement and maintain robust security practices, including vulnerability assessments and patching.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
