WalkMe’s Cloud Engineering team is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help scale and secure our runtime engine used by hundreds of millions of users. You will own deployment pipelines, observability, automation, and security, collaborating with development teams to align infrastructure with project goals.

This role requires 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC experience, plus a proactive mindset and excellent communication.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proactive and self-motivated about learning new technologies and practices.
• Familiarity with security best practices and tools for infra and app security.
• Proven software development experience, ideally in startups or tech firms.
• Solid understanding of AWS and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (GitLab).
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our amazing Cloud Engineering team. We are developing WalkMe’s revolutionary runtime engine and transforming the online experience for hundreds of millions of users
• Assist in managing deployment pipelines to facilitate smooth and efficient software releases
• Help implement and maintain observability solutions for monitoring system performance and reliability
• Support local development environments to optimize developer workflows
• Work with development teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with project requirements
• Contribute to improving the security of our infrastructure by assisting with proactive measures and audits
• Assist in developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Help troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations
• Participate in evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance the scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure
• This role will require working on Sunday’s as needed. Will be able to take another day off that week
