About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer specializing in Cyber Security to join a dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated deployment pipelines, ensuring the security and compliance of infrastructure, and monitoring the performance of deployed applications. The role requires a proactive approach to security best practices, infrastructure automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

While primarily remote, the role involves occasional visits to the company's Woking office, approximately once a month, to collaborate with team members and participate in strategic planning sessions. Qualifications

• Apply security best practices throughout the deployment lifecycle, ensuring systems meet industry compliance standards such as GDPR, ISO, or NIST
• Collaborate with development and security teams to integrate security measures into DevOps processes (DevSecOps)
• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
• Participate in regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new tools, techniques, and industry trends
