Job summary

Candour is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join the growing engineering team. This hands-on role focuses on supporting and evolving a large-scale AWS environment while driving Infrastructure as Code, automation and DevOps best practices.

You will work on managing and enhancing AWS cloud infrastructure, design new cloud solutions, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support growth and customer demand. Remote-first with UK-based presence and occasional days in the Manchester office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting AWS environments at scale.
• Expertise with Terraform and IaC.
• Strong Linux administration and Bash/Shell scripting skills.
• Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD principles.
• Experience optimising cloud infrastructure for performance, resilience and cost efficiency.
