Job summary

Global Relay ищет DevOps-инженера с опытом автоматизации поставки и управления инфраструктурой. В окружении микросервисов вы будете проектировать и реализовывать CI/CD, мониторинг и безопасные практики в жизненном цикле разработки.

Кандидат ответственный за настройку деплоймента, mentoring коллег и сотрудничество с кросс-функциональными командами для бесперебойной поставки надежного ПО через окружения.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать, улучшать и внедрять повторно используемые CI/CD решения.
• Мониторинг продакшн и тестовых окружений; создание дашбордов и триггеров алертинга.
• Наставлять младших инженеров DevOps и развивать их потенциал.
• Сотрудничать с кросс-функциональными командами и автоматизировать требования на раннем этапе цикла разработки.
• Обмениваться знаниями внутри DevOps-сообщества.
• Диагностика проблем по дашбордам и логам; предотвращение повторов.
• Разрабатывать и запускать деплой-автоматизацию с использованием Helm, Ansible и др.
• Проектировать устойчивые и безопасные решения для поставки ПО через несколько окружений.
• Тесно работать с командами разработки и стейкхолдерами для бесперебойной доставки ПО.

Global Relay provides a unified communications, data capture, and data analysis platform that securely captures and manages communications data, giving data owners greater control and visibility to drive value and meet regulatory requirements across a variety of industries and authorities.

Задачи:

• Design, enhance, and implement reusable CI/CD solutions using current industry best practices
• Monitor production and test environments, and build dynamic dashboards and alerting rulesets to ensure smooth operation
• Mentor junior and intermediate DevOps engineers to maximise their potential and impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify opportunities to automate requirements early in the development lifecycle
• Share knowledge and solutions within the DevOps community to improve efficiency and standardisation
• Troubleshoot issues by reviewing dashboards and logs, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
• Write and run deployment automation tools using Helm, Ansible, or other configuration management systems
• Design, implement, and support automated, scalable solutions for reliable, secure, high-quality software delivery across multiple environments, from build pipelines through production
• Work closely with development teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless software delivery

Требования:

• At least 4 years of experience applying DevOps practices and implementing solutions
• Experience with Python, Java, and shell scripting
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLabCI, CircleCI, or TravisCI
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or similar container platforms
• Experience mentoring and supporting other DevOps engineers
• Experience in a microservice-oriented environment
• Operational experience, with a solid understanding of distributed systems and troubleshooting network-related issues
• Experience applying security practices within the software development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of software delivery practices, including Git branching models and configuration management
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Helm, or Puppet
• Strong knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
• Будет плюсом: experience with VMware, knowledge of writing Jenkins deployment pipelines using Groovy and Jenkinsfiles, practical experience with feature toggling, no-downtime and blue-green deployments, working knowledge of Kafka
