Job summary

A UK-based technology consultancy is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud environments, and automate processes using Ansible and Python. Candidates must have strong experience with AWS and be eligible for UKIC DV clearance. This role is onsite 5 days a week and offers the chance to tackle complex business problems with innovative solutions.

DevOps Engineer - Ansible CI/CD AWS Python - Onsite 5 Days a Week

We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a fast-moving UK-based technology consultancy that specialises in solving complex business problems through intelligent software solutions. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining deployment pipelines, managing cloud environments, and driving automation across the development life cycle.

Security Clearance

This role requires UKIC DV clearance. Candidates must already hold this level of clearance or be eligible to obtain it.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible and Terraform
  • Manage and optimise cloud environments on AWS
  • Develop scripts and tools in Python to support automation and monitoring
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment workflows
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
Requirements
