AXA – Global Healthcare is seeking a DevOps Engineer to lead integrations, API development, and enhance Agile methodologies within teams. This role involves implementing robust cloud solutions and utilizing tools like Azure DevOps and Auth0. Join a dynamic environment that ensures flexibility between home and office.
Join AXA – Global Healthcare as a DevOps Engineer, where you’ll take the lead in creating and owning high-level and low-level designs for integrations, authentication, monitoring, and alerting between our SaaS applications and mobile apps. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing APIs, Webhooks, and EDM for SaaS applications using APIM as the integration layer, ensuring robust and secure connections.
You’ll also focus on enhancing the maturity of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes across teams, utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps, SonarQube, and CheckMarx. Additionally, you’ll drive improvements in Agile methodologies, including sprint refinements, planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to promote work visibility and ownership within the team. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
