THE ROLE

Asa senior member of our organization, you will play a crucial role inestablishing and communicating overall architectural and non-functionalsolution designs for Temenos projects. You will act as an interface between theproject team and the client, ensuring client satisfaction within the projectscope in all technical aspects.

OPPORTUNITIES

You will serveas an architectural leader and trusted advisor to clients, designingviable technical solutions that align with business requirements,contractual obligations, and project plans. Provideexpert advice and guidance to clients on the optimal implementation ofTemenos products within their infrastructure, ensuring desirednon-functional characteristics such as performance, availability, anddisaster recovery. RepresentTemenos within the project/program Design Authority, promoting thebenefits of solutions based on established Reference Architectures, CoreProduct, and Model Bank. Collaboratewith project teams, development teams, and technology product groups todevelop robust and viable architectures that deliver customer value andbusiness benefits. Actas an ambassador for Temenos product solutions throughout the customerengagement, demonstrating thought leadership and expertise. Identifyand evaluate technical risks, offering mitigation strategies and solutionsto ensure successful project delivery. Helpprevent scope creep, eliminate inconsistent solution designs, and ensureadherence to the Technical Consulting and architectural elements ofTemenos Implementation Methodology (TIM). Coachand mentor technical consultants, fostering their professional growth anddevelopment. Collaboratewith clients, project team members, and development teams to oversee thedevelopment and implementation of integration interfaces,APIs, message queues, or other integration technologies. Reviewand supervise technical System Amendment Requests (SARs) and processchanges (L1 Developments). Continuously stay updated on industry trends,market developments, and advancements in technology relevant to the bankingdomain.

SKILLS

You should have minimumof 8 years of experience in software technical consultancy in a similarbanking product implementation. Strongknowledge and proficiency in programming languages such as Infobasic,Java, and JavaScript. Familiaritywith application servers (jBOSS, WebSphere, WebLogic), operating systems(Windows, RedHat Linux, IBM AIX), and understanding of RDBMS (MSSQL, DB2,Oracle). Expertisein integration concepts, including data integration, user accountintegration, and componentization of applications. Knowledgeof cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), event-driven architecture, and APIintegration. Familiaritywith agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams. Understandingof internet security concepts, single sign-on solutions, LDAP/ActiveDirectory, and cryptography. Strongcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage withstakeholders at various levels. Temenoscertifications in at least two technical streams are required or theability to acquire them within an agreed timeframe. Availability for travel, as the role may requirebeing on client sites from Monday to Friday
