Job summary
Waythrough seeks a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker to support clients across Devon, predominantly Exeter-based. The role involves holistic assessments, personalised 1:1 support, and crafting care packages to prevent first-time offences.
You will join a friendly team dedicated to criminal justice reform and recovery services. We cover mileage where applicable and offer a face-paced, rewarding environment with opportunities for career progression within a large mental health and social support
Qualifications
- Flexible and dedicated professional with a focus on criminal justice.
- Knowledge of Criminal Justice sector desirable; drug/alcohol knowledge a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support individuals in need.
Responsibilities
- Conduct holistic assessments considering individual needs.
- Provide personalised one-to-one support to address underlying challenges.
- Develop and deliver care packages to prevent re-offending.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure comprehensive care.
- Work hours: primarily Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, with occasional out-of-hours flexibility.
