The team

The Devices team is central to the colleague experience at ITV, delivering solutions for complex problems to support ITV's strategic goals. We work efficiently while fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.

We manage the lifecycle of ITV’s Mac, Windows, iOS, and print devices, along with Antivirus and Windows Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), enabling ITV with innovative features.

The role
  • Support the Devices Roadmap, including migrating to modern Windows management using Intune and Autopilot.
  • Package and deploy applications.
  • Manage and report on the monthly patching cycle.
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated incidents.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the Devices estate.
  • Coordinate with other Devices Engineers to ensure smooth operational and project activities.
  • Run tests to ensure high standards for new features and functionalities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and explore their application at ITV to support the 'More than TV' strategy.
Qualifications / Professional Certificates required
  • Industry qualifications in Intune and/or SCCM.
  • Industry qualifications for Windows.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
  • Experience managing SCCM and/or Intune in a large enterprise environment (1000+ devices).
  • Proficiency in packaging Windows applications and managing Windows patches with tools like WSUS.
  • Demonstrable Powershell scripting experience.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with product backlogs is beneficial.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms and demonstrate functionalities effectively.
  • Focus on delivering secure, high-quality products without compromising user experience.

  • Knowledge of industry trends in Device Management and proactive approach to technological developments.
  • Experience driving innovation and solving complex problems creatively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver solutions.
