Job summary

Eurofins PSS is seeking a Device Project Coordinator to provide project management support for parenteral combination product developments. The role focuses on ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets are achieved in line with Eurofins standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive device development projects from concept through implementation, support device lifecycle management, and continuously improve processes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in science/engineering with pharma device exp.
• Experience in regulated environments and with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, 21 CFR 820/4, EU MDR, GMP.
• Design controls for parenteral devices and risk management expertise.
• Knowledge of Human Factors Engineering and Usability Engineering principles; EN standards (EN 62366, EN 60601, EN 62304).
• Ability to learn, follow procedures, work independently with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; proficient with standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Device Development Lead in day-to-day project activities to meet quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Coordinate development of drug delivery devices and support project delivery per procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across concept to implementation phases.
• Assist introduction and improvement of device processes ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and drive outcomes.
• Work with development, manufacturing and technical teams to support device implementation and lifecycle management.
