Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Device Project Coordinator to provide PM support for parenteral combination product developments. The role runs 37 hours/week, flexibly between 07:00–19:00, and involves coordinating device development from concept through implementation in a regulated environment.

The successful candidate will hold a science/engineering degree and have experience with GMP, ISO 13485, and design controls for drug delivery devices, with strong communication and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Degree in science or engineering with experience in pharma or medical devices.
• Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, 21 CFR 820/4, EU MDR and GMP.
• Experience in design controls for combination products, especially parenteral delivery systems.
• Knowledge of Human Factors Engineering and Usability Engineering; EN 62366/60601/62304.
• Ability to learn, follow procedures, work independently and maintain high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Device Development Lead in day‑to‑day activities to meet quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Coordinate development of drug delivery devices, following procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive device projects from concept to implementation.
• Support introduction and continuous improvement of drug delivery devices in compliance with requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes.
• Work with development, manufacturing and technical teams to support lifecycle management.
