Job Description:

Join an adrenaline-filled environment with Nissan Formula E! Be part of a dynamic, innovative, and daring team competing in motorsport and the FIA Formula E World Championship. We are seeking a Development Tests Performance Engineer to contribute to our team's development efforts.

Your missions :

• Perform performance analysis and reporting for development track tests and DIL events
• Validate and integrate performance items within embedded software
• Develop software tools to support the Performance Group and development programs
• Follow up on correlation activities, including vehicle model and system correlation post Dev test sessions
• Participate in simulator and/or track test sessions as required
• Ensure clear communication across all engineering groups

Your profile :

• Proficiency in vehicle dynamics, performance engineering, and embedded software systems
• Experience with data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python, Excel) and developing software tools for performance testing
• Familiarity with simulation tools (DIL) and model correlation processes
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English
