As a New Product Development Technologist in Sweet Treats, you will work on one of the nation's favourite brands, Mr Kipling, along with other customer brands. You will support and drive our innovation launch plans, developing exciting and delicious cakes, including the Cherry Bakewell, Fondant Fancies, Battenberg, and Angel Slices.
You will be involved in every stage of product development, from concept to launch, including developing new products and improving existing ones. You will gain hands-on experience in the test bakery, scaling products onto factory equipment, and understanding ingredient functionality, working directly with suppliers.
