Who are we looking for ?

As a Development Technologist, you'll be responsible for driving the execution of the product development process, ensuring every product is delivered on time and in line with internal or client briefs. You'll work collaboratively across regional teams, turning innovative concepts into commercially viable products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & recipe development or improvement of client’s product
2. Research innovative ideas for products concepts and customer presentations
3. Problem solving with new and existing products
4. Scaling of recipes and preparation of products for evaluation and customer presentations
5. Development of detailed cooking instructions based on customer brief
6. Raw material sourcing / testing / evaluation
7. Making sure all new raw materials are compliant and available in production country, TH and/or EU.
8. Attend factory trials if and when required
9. Complete reports when required within good timelines
10. Assisting with product presentations to clients (preparing of samples for the presentation and joining the presentation to prepare samples
11. Cooking instructions for new products developed
12. Create product application sheets
13. Maintain good kitchen hygiene standards - clean as you go / leave work area clean & tidy
14. Managing safe & confidential storage of company’s information
15. Other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years experience in product development

Developed sensory skills

Ability to multitask

Self-motivated

Ability to work under pressure

Creative problem solving

Current, valid driving licence

Able to travel to customers, within the UK and outside the UK

Exhibit strong team working skills

Basic understanding of European Languages (to include French, German and also Turkish or Russian)
