CY Partners looking for a hands-on Development Technician to support and coordinate an accelerated weathering program. You’ll play a key role in testing and evaluating polymer-based materials, maintaining specialist equipment, and helping to improve testing methods.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage sample testing and evaluation cycles
• Maintain and optimise weathering machines
• Interpret and report test results and plant trials
• Ensure high standards of lab safety and housekeeping

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in within the polymer industry or in a relevant role.
• Experience in the polymer processing industry desirable
• Strong organisation, communication, and reporting skills
