What We’re Looking For:

• Team Lead / Technical Lead: We’re seeking leaders who lead by example, still being close to the code, and can pair with and review code alongside the team to coach developers effectively.
• SaaS Experience: If you’ve built SaaS platforms and understand Microservices, that’s a big plus. We value best practices for delivering quality code efficiently.

Areas of Expertise (Not Mandatory, but a Plus):

• TDD or Unit Testing
• Event-Driven Development

Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in all these areas; an understanding and eagerness to investigate are what matter most.
