Could you work as part of the Strategic Assets Team in Wrexham County Borough Council? If you’re an experienced Chartered Surveyor looking for a new challenge, this could be the job for you!
This exciting role involves supporting the Strategic Assets Lead to identify, develop, progress, and implement major projects. We need someone who can use asset management reviews of council land and property holdings to identify new opportunities and make the best use of land and property in initiatives and programmes to support the economic regeneration of Wrexham.
Other tasks include providing valuation advice for internal purposes and statutory reporting, along with insurance valuations in accordance with RICS Global Standards.

Applicants must have a Degree or Equivalent in Estate Management, be a member of the RICS, preferably with Registered Valuer status, and have experience in land and property valuations.
The Strategic Assets Team provides a diverse range of services including valuations, acquisitions, disposals, and other estate management aspects.
We support work/life balance with a mixture of office work at our Ruthin Road offices and home working.
