Beach Baker is proud to be exclusively partnering with a top-tier consultancy to recruit a Development Surveyor for their highly respected Development & Planning team in Bristol. This is a rare opportunity to join a national strategic advisory business at the forefront of regeneration and mixed-use development.

You'll work on high-impact projects across the South West and South Wales, with the chance to contribute to schemes in the Midlands, South East, and London. From brownfield regeneration and town centre repurposing to garden settlements and infrastructure-led development, your work will help shape the future of communities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advising on the strategy and disposal of development sites, particularly complex brownfield assets.
• Providing commercial input into masterplans and delivery strategies, including land assembly, planning, and procurement.
• Supporting feasibility studies and market research to shape deliverable regeneration and repurposing projects.
• Producing development appraisals and viability reports for both public and private sector clients.
• Assisting in the structuring of development agreements and partnerships.
• Contributing to the design and delivery of major regeneration schemes.

What We're Looking For

• RICS-qualified Surveyor with experience in development consultancy or strategic advisory.
• Strong commercial awareness and technical competence.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with the ability to work independently.
• South West market knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
