DEVELOPMENT SOUS CHEF - MICHELIN STAR - Harrogate

Position: Development Sous Chef - Michelin Star

Type: Full Time

Salary: Competitive rate of pay plus monthly service charge, typically £2,400 annually

Hours: 45 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and create new dishes and menus reflecting Michelin star quality.
  2. Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure high standards in dish preparation.
  3. Research culinary trends and incorporate them into menu development.
  4. Oversee testing and tasting of new dishes to meet quality standards.
  5. Train and mentor kitchen staff on recipes and techniques.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Engage in foraging and gardening activities.
